Day 1: 2023 BEMORE Summer Boot Camp
Day 1:
Following the lively Opening Ceremony, the new cohort of Bemore Girls transitioned to the classroom for the initial day of activities. Here, they diligently completed pre-test questionnaires, a key part of our Monitoring and Evaluation process aimed at gauging knowledge acquisition by the end of the Bootcamp. Mr. Ifeoluwa Awoyelu adeptly facilitated this session, with the Matrons and their Assistants providing supervision. Subsequently, they enjoyed a satisfying lunch.
Post-lunch, Mrs. Temitope Daniyan introduced the girls to the world of Guidance and Counseling. The insightful session aimed to provide valuable life skills. Afterward, Marvelous Jegede guided the Needlework Class, with the Matrons and Assistants ensuring smooth proceedings. The girls showcased their creativity by elegantly stitching their names onto their Bemore Tote Bags.
Later, those with a penchant for dancing embarked on a rehearsal guided by the Dance Instructors, led by Mrs. Brave and her partner.
As the day progressed, the girls headed for a well-deserved dinner.
The Bemore Summer Boot Camp is scheduled from August 13th to 26th at Mabest Academy, Oke-Ijebu, Akure, Ondo State.
