The Bemore Empowered Girl’s Foundation stands as a pioneering initiative of Her Excellency, Chief Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, Fmr. First Lady of Ondo State. Its purpose is to unite women and girls across Ondo State, transcending age, political beliefs, and religious affiliations. This visionary platform seeks to foster a sense of unity and camaraderie, bringing together the diverse female population of the State under a common umbrella.

Central to this initiative is the comprehensive database, meticulously assembled to encompass the names and particulars of more than 2 million women and girls within Ondo State. This database is an embodiment of empowerment, granting legal citizenship status and eligibility to governmental opportunities to all whose names grace its records. It is a testament to inclusivity, transcending political and religious divides, embracing both indigenes and non-indigenes.

Led by the Fmr. First Lady, whose enduring commitment is demonstrated through her advocacy for breast cancer awareness as the founder and president of Breast Cancer Association of Nigeria (BRECAN), this initiative signifies a profound dedication to effecting positive and lasting change. The foundation’s vision extends beyond numerical data; it strives to carve a path for women and girls to access essential social amenities, mentorship, job prospects, and other benefits intrinsic to the State’s growth.
